CrakRevenue, OGads.. CPA (Help)

Good day guys, I'm really pretty stressed with the problems I'm having with CPA regarding registration and payment methods. I'm trying to place various methods in action to which I am going to invest a few dollars

The problem is that I am not born in USA, I live in Venezuela, trying to register with CPA networks in which according to my understanding always must use data real, i have problems with payment methods. For example in Crakrevenue methods are check, payoneer, paxum wire. To see this sight I have chosen to use Payoneer, I have applied for a credit card, and in theory should come to my house in little less than a month, the problem is that I think have read could only accept bank transfers, already I've communicated with support to clarify whether I can receive payments by electronic.

I would like to know if what I'm doing this well, besides that I would like to generally know which payment methods you used mostly when the charge on the various methods. In a few days have verified an account in Pay Pal (Venezuela) but from what I've read on occasions is required for an account PayPal from USA, this is extremely necessary? also I'm starting to think that if can not activate my account from Payoneer 100%, I'll have to gather more money and buy "wallets" as Pay Pal (USA) Payoneer (USA) but the truth is this is I would do very complicated, I have very little money and planned to invest in methods; perseverance and motivation do I have to put my hands to work. There is no condition like you need to have USA paypal to get payments. Paypal works fine for all networks. Paxum works really good for adult networks. Yeah its little hard to get verified at paxum.

Thanks man, I was a bit desperate by CrakRevenue since I see that it is much used and it does not work with Pay Pal, but for now I guess that shall be put in action methods that focus on payment by Pay Pal and find alternatives that will work with this at the moment, at the same time try to get Payoneer and other payment methods.

Re-uploading porn method works,Well I've seen some results on my crakrevenue account like 30$ with 6 videos uploaded few months ago.
