Crakrevenue for non US members?

Hi i am new here and i got lost in all that great info here.

I want to try crarevenue or clickcash offers but the thing that bothers me is that they pay to non US members through Paxum. I searched about it and there was a lot negavite feedbacks about the Paxum (some didn't get their card, some had stucked money in their accounts, didn't see postive comments at all). So my question is there a way to earn from Europe with their offers and also is bringing traffic to shorted URL a good alternative? Thanks in advance

So what is exactly your question? if Crak can accept you if you are a non us? i a network that do not pay with Paxum? if they can pay you if you are in europe or the url shorten traffic?

They have other payment methods too like ach, wire and cheque.

It's about the payment how i can be sure i will get my commission through paxum with so many negative feed back and is it possible for non us members to earn through crakrevenue and if not is shorted URLs methods are good alternative for earning something
