Craigstlist emails question

So I am trying to work some things out. I haven't done much with craigslist, but I am thinking of giving selling some craigslist related products.

The @craigslist.org emails, are those of any value to anyone?

My real question is are they of any value, or is craigslist never going to forward any emails that are sent to them to the actual person? (assuming you mass mail to them)

Paying Craigslist. No flag guarantee?

If I post in the jobs section of Craig in some cities, there is a $25 fee. By paying this fee, can anyone confirm that this will secure my ad or is there still a chance of flagging? Thank you.

There is still a chance that you will be flagged and the ad removed. However, while I can't confirm this, I believe they raise the threshold for how easy/hard it is to actually get your post flagged and removed. We were posting to every city in the customer service section for a long time and never had a problem. If your job is legit, you can even get a direct job posting account with CL so that billing is easy as well. Hope that helps.
