OK here's the deal.. you guys are all saying how craigslist is geo-targeting, making PVA creation IMPOSSIBLE, etc. well you're scaring the noobs.
if you are just jumping into CL, and are hesitant, don't be hesitant... i'm going to walk you through my method to make $50/day no matter what, with 5 posts per day. I don't care what any of you say... this works.

What the fuck are we going to be doing anyways?
I?m going to show you how to make enough phone verified accounts to last you for a while, how to successfully post an ad on craigslist (the kind that will make you money) and how to successfully reply to the emails these noobs are sending you.
Before you do anything... you need to know how to rotate your IP... if you don?t know how to do this you can?t make multiple PVAs and you can?t make multiple posts on craigslist.
If you have a router... all you need to do is log in to the settings by going to 192.168.1.1 (if that is what yours is) and go to ?mac address clone? or something... switch the numbers around, and reset your modem/router and wait 2 minutes. Once your computers internet starts working again you should have a new IP.
If you have a cable modem you need to download the http://www.gorlani.com/publicprj/macmakeup/macmakeup.asp Mac Makeup tool. follow the instructions on their site. all you need to do is select your ethernet thing, hit ?change? hit ?cycle device? and then restart your stuff and wait for your computer to reconnect... then you will have a new IP
if you have DSL then you are rich... all you need to do is go to run>cmd then type ipconfig /release hit enter then ipconfig /renew then you should have a new IP.
Step 1 - PVA Creation
First... go to gmail.com... and set up a mail account... or go to an internet marketing forum and find someone who is selling gmail accounts in bulk and buy 1k of them for like 18 bucks... save your username and password because you are going to use the exact same password for your PVA on craigslist. remember it doesn?t matter what these gmail accounts are named because when they reply to your CL ad they will see some kind of anonymized address. Hope that clears shit up for you (that confused me in the beginning)
go to make a post in the adult gigs section on craigslist in whatever city you want and it will tell you that you need a craigslist account... well go ahead and make one, verify it with your email and continue to post... then it will tell you that you need to phone verify it... that?s where the hard part comes. LOL DID I SAY HARD? what a joke...
This shit is easy. You?ve gotta have some friends... right? Well what you need to do is CONTACT these friends... and tell them you need their help. How the hell do you contact a friend? Well the easiest way is to IM one of them on aim, yahoo, MSN, facebook, myspace, or skype. Tell this ?friend? of yours that you are trying to post an ad for your couch on craigslist, and that your dad is sitting right next to you (adds legitimacy). tell them that you can?t put the ad up because you and your dads phone network is down or something because you aren?t getting the text message with the code. Ask them if they would mind you using their phone to verify the account and allow you to post the ad with your dad. They?ll be like aight?? is it gonna charge me shit??? That?s where you say ?no, fuckhead. it?s craigslist, a non profit organization. it says here that they will never contact you again or use your phone number for any other purpose than verifying the account?
now that the account is verified with a phone number... you need to continue posting... and post an ad with the title ?test? and ad body ?testing? and include something in the compensation field under ?pay? once it is posted... click the account name in the top right of the screen and click on the post (should be highlighted green, click where it says ?test? if you named it test?) and then delete the ad.
BAM you have a PVA... rotate your IP... clear your cookies and your cache... and viola... you can make another fuckin? pva! How about this? If your vagina is too small to post on craigslist... i know someone who you can sell these PVAs to for $4 each.. me.. i?ll buy them off you. Wanna make the fastest $50 you?ve ever seen? make 12 of those accounts and email me at [email protected] saying you?ve got some PVAs for me.. and i?ll paypal you the money instantly... k? See you can easily have your first $50 day TODAY by doing this... and i?ll love you for it!
Step 2 - Setting up these PVAs to post
Next, what you need to do is set up your PVA and email account so that you can post on it.
Since you have multiple PVAs (you should have multiple PVAs... 5 at least for now) you need to set up all those emails to forward to one email that way we can keep track of all your leads.
So make a new email address on gmail, doesn?t matter what it is called because no one is going to see the name ever. remember the name to this gmail.
Ok.. now you can start logging in to each of your PVA gmail accounts and go to the settings page and click ?forwarding/pop settings?... set your account to forward to the account that you just made. Hope that made sense. here?s how it is going to go...
Craigslist email (weird anonymous address) forwards to > PVA gmail account forwards to > your ?catchall? lead capturing gmail
now that your emails are set up, the PVA is ready to post.
Step 3 - Ad Copy to make you $50/day
OK... so now that you are all set with your 5 PVAs.. you are going to make your 5 posts so you can make your 50 bucks and love me forever.
The job section is where you are going to be posting your ads. Craigslist charges money to post in this section but not in a couple of cities. These cities are: detroit, vegas, raleigh, minneapolis, and all cities in new jersey.
OK, so go ahead and go to one of those cities, and go to the job section... we see that there are tons of sections to post in. We want to focus on customer service and general labor. i?m sure you can think of other places to post.
The key is to keep the job listing really nooby looking and unprofessional... like all the other craigslist ads out there.

body: we?re a warehouse in detroit and we just had a group of 4 college kids quit so we are in big trouble... we need to hire some guys quick.
reply to this with your resume or contact info to my email thanks.
this ad will get you about 120 replies before getting flagged, every single time. There?s no doubt your ad will get flagged... CL?s userbase sucks cock.
so now that you have your post up... you are going to need to respond to the emails!
Step 4 - Emails and you
Hey look! you just got the easiest targeted traffic you?ve ever fuckin? seen! these guys are just WAITING to give you money. what you need to do is download an autoresponder (i recommend ez autoresponder) or start manually replying to these emails. I recommend manual for a beginner. Then with the money you make you can reinvest it and make some bigger cash with the autoresponder.
Here?s an example response to your ad:

hey i saw your craigslist ad... my name is Jim Bob and i?m trying to get a job to feed my family! please consider me in your hunt for an employee.

Now, this is blackhat so your affiliate network will ban you if you don?t cover your tracks. search the forums for a double meta refresh script and learn all about it. I am not a programmer so I don?t know what the hell it does, i just know it saves my ass.
Once the traffic starts rolling in... you need to start lying your damned ass off to your AM.
Send him/her an IM and be like ?hey there... i?ve been jumping into PPC and i?m hardly making any profit, do you have any recommendations for me??
they will feel sympathetic, give you a bunch of tips, and never ban you, ever.
