Craigslist Ad Coop?

I've been wracking my brain trying to come up with a way for me to post a legit service ad in each major city in the U.S. So far I tried the conventional stuff. I bought some geo ip's and some 20 min landlines for pva's but ads got ghosted 100%. Tried Mturk and after the 2nd day my HIT got brought down(can't use em for that apparently lol). Anyway I've been wondering if a network of blackhatters pooling together their posting powers might work. Like I have a ton of ad sections I don't touch and it would be a huge weight off my shoulders if I could swap ad postings with someone in say Dallas or New York or Chicago etc.
