Hi guys i am new here this is my first post i hope you can help me ; recently i create an account in crackrevenu a have a good traffic (ppv+ppc) but all the good offers have this notice :
"THIS OFFER IS RESTRICTED TO APPROVED AFFILIATES ONLY"

what do i need to do i am a newbie and need your help

This is the problem
i dont have any informations about an affiliate manager they send me nothing

I did that my freind but nothing changed !!
