Crackedrevenue Payment

Hello everyone, this is my 2nd post I started doing CPA marketing lately with crackedrevenue, and I've made around 50 bucks, now it says:
"Since you did not reach your minimum payout ($100.00), your balance has been carried over.
Carried over earnings:$0.00"
What does this means? Like if I failed to make $100 within 10 days will they take my earnings?

Sorry this is such a generic thread but I'm new to crackedrevenue and I have no idea how the payment works I successfully did the identity verification.

minimum withdrawal amount is 100 dollars. Once they are accumulated, they will be available for withdrawal. Well and remember that they require VIDEO identification of personality.... Yeah, and it happens.
