Before couple of months ago. when we serving ourselves the number of downloads to free app then we saw app rank improvement. In short app ranking algorithm was based on number of installs getting for that app before. I had prefered to create multiple accounts before and serving app installs for my own app to get best rank on chart. but lateron ( Now a days) number of installs doesnt matter with the app rank and somehow apple changed its algorithm
so if anyone could suggest me better way or cracking method of apple new ranking algorithm would be much appreciated.
I tried already these methods to test.
1) I tested using Unique IP's
2) I tested using unique devices as well but not more effect i had have been seeing.
3) i installed and opened app once on iphon/ ipad that also not helping OR showing any reflection into chart.
So ignored of above 3 steps if you could have any new method. Please do share.
