CQS on account creation

I thought I understood it and then reddit completely fucked my brain

Rooted devices id get low/lowest on creation

iOS (NON ROOTED) I used to get moderate most of the time, now I get low/lowest

Not quite sure what the problem is or if they changed something?

Found the issue. Lets just say I shouldnt have switched gmail providers

Can you explain? Does email provider affect CQS on creation? If you were using gmail before and after, what changed?
