I've been facing this problem for days. I created campaigns for different products in the same ad account and I've noticed that in all the campaigns, my CPM is simply through the roof.

I've changed the offer, changed the product, changed the ad, but still in all cases the CPM simply doesn't go down.

In all cases I used audiences with more than 20 million people, that is, the audiences are not small.

Currently I decided to test a new product where I am using open placements with an audience of more than 100 million people and this is the CPM I am receiving:

I would like to better understand the causes for this value punishment in the CPM.

Is there any explanation why one account might receive a higher CPM than another?

maybe u should change your contents and find ways to expand your customer file

It could be due to competing ad bids from other advertisers or your audience group is too large, it is not clear which audience to target exactly.

CPM may be higher when your audience doesn't respond positively to your ads. Facebook may consider showing ads to more engaged audiences and setting higher CPM prices for less engaged audiences, you need to target the right audience. It could also be due to high competition among ads, which increases CPM prices.

The high CPM is relate to your content or setting of ads
I guess that
1. This ads has run for a long time reach all the audience so it get higher CPM cuz it cant reach new audience
- For temporary processing, you can duplicate it. But it will be better if you create a new content
2. You set up a lot of detailed targeting.

Let's try remove some of them
Estimated audience size: >30m

You should review your target audience, maybe it's too large

High CPM may be because your ad is not bring value to customers, target too deeply, the content is not optimized, or your competitors in the same industry are too strong. Let's try to check again to see if you have anything wrong

I don't think the problem is the need to expand the audience, after all my audience is already quite broad.

Regarding the quality of the ad, it has very high CTR rates, which indicates that the public is interested in the content.

Apparently Facebook is imposing some type of CPM value penalty for new accounts, causing the CPM on these accounts to be higher than on older accounts. I say this because I tested the same ad content on an older account and the CPM was low.

target the right audience, broading the audience would not help at the start because facebook does not know who is your target audience let it know first.

A high CPM can indicate several issues: your ad might not resonate with your target audience, your ad content needs improvement, or you face intense competition within your industry.... :weep:

Create some audience like: interaction within 7 days... and remove it in your new campaign. It's raise your rate to approach new customers. If you need more informations just text me i'll guide you to do it
