CPM on tutorials tech videos

Hello i build a youtube channel about tech tutorials like "how to send emails with Gmail".
What is the CPM i can expect from such niche ?

i never did a video about that topic(i don't think its very high), but you should keep in mind there is a low number of views for such videos

No that much people will be interested in watch how to send emails, of course eveything depends in how creative you get providing the information and caught the viewer interest tips and tricks, but still do not expect a lot of viewers CPM would be low.
