CPM-Cost Per Mile pays you for every 1000 unique visitors. All you have to do is put banner in your page and it pays usually $3/1000 unique visitors either they click ad or not.
I myself made few bucks back when I was newbie. They usually pay instantly via paypal so thats what I liked back then, to see instant result of your work.
