CPM Network for T1 Adult Traffic

Which CPM Networks are you using? I'm currently using Adsterra and Exoclick. Any suggestions for T1 CPM Traffic, that make payments with USDT? Around %90 Mobile and I don't put popups.
You can guess why I'm looking for alternatives lol:

Either my traffic is complete trash, or there is something wrong. I used to get 0.13-0.15 CPM with Adsterra, but as my site and impressions grew, well... CPM dropped magically.

well, now its way worse. Slowly changing my ads to ExoClick, as its more stable, Also popcash is paying well for now.. 1$ for 1000 tabunders.

I`ve recently started using Mondiad and it`s pretty promising and they have USDT and other cryptos for payouts. I'm loving their interface and detailed settings they allow. They`re from the same team that created PopCash with which you are already working with.

On another note, TrafficStars used to be on my list, so you might check them up too.
