Remove autoads code if you had on your site and the header codes you used to verify adsense. It might take a little longer for you not sure why..I know a few people who used to do this and it was fixed pretty quick not sure why it is taking so long for you. Nothing you can do more then just wait.

Edit :When the policy is fixed don't add ad units directly wait for a few days. I made this mistake and my policy violation come back after 2-3 horus. Also you should understand why this happened. In my case there was a mobile ad unit with bad placement which was giving invalid clicks.
