Cpm Ad Network and TE

Recently i found Two Cpm-based ad netwoks and one link shortening service that accepts any kind of traffic , and here i mean Traffic Exchanges sites but two or three only of them otohits and hitleap.
The question is now i need bot to click on skip ad button to work for the link shortening service, Any help?

You can find some bots in the marketplace, never used them though.
