How do I check for the EPC? If they’re shaving me please give me a good explanation I will appreciate it?

EPC = your return per click, just divide your earning by the number of clicks.
Well, buying on Leads for the advertiser is about getting volumes in order to get higher conversions.
There is the market CPL payout and there is the effective CPL for the advertiser (the value of each lead based on the conversion rate from lead to sale) and here where scrubbing comes.
The advertiser needs to be offering the market payout which is always higher than his effective payout (competition, needs to attract publishers etc..) and to offer that they need to shave a certain percentage of leads. Suppose a payout for a dating lead is at $10 while they are scrubbing at 40%, the real payout is only $6.
This is from the buyer side. And you have networks, they take a commission from the payout, and most of them also shave conversions (lower rate though) to keep the full payout of these for them.

Shave is possible everywhere for sure. That's why you need to work with different affiliate networks, monitoring your EPCs everyday and you will find best ones! Best of luck!

Yes they do. Some more than others. It's how they balance things for all the scams they have to put up with.

Every other networks shave but sometimes we do have better options always, let me know if you have adult dating or any adult related traffic, I have some better networks in my contact.
