Cpanel Web hosting server under $10 a year?

I checked on blackhatworld, webhostingtalk, digitalpoint

Blackhatworld seems to have most of the quality one that's why the price is average at $2-3 /month for lower package.

Alright, this is the feature i need
- Cpanel
- Unlimited Domain Addon
- Min 5GB space
- Min 10GB Traffic (But i checked most even with $0.50 offer 100GB traffic)
- SSL if possible

That's all i need, i found a several hosting below, but have no clue whether its good.

Anyone use this before?

That sounds like an okay deal if that's what you're looking for. I've never used them (or heard of them for that matter).

Your list is going to be a tall order with all the features you want. You can get $1 hosting - which is more than $10 per year but that's only 1 domain. I know these services have $2 per month for unlimited domains - not sure about dedicated IP for SSL.

You may want to try and partner with someone and split the costs.

With host going that low on price it will almost always be way over sold and your sites are going to suffer for it.

Have you used namecheap? They have a deal for like $9.99 a year. You only get 3 domains. But you can upgrade for a fair price.
