Can you try the operation with a different computer or if not perhaps try loading different files from a different folder?

yea...i tried to use the computer of my friend and then i try to upload her file to my cpanel and it still say the same error...:(

maybe your file has a virus.

but i tried to use different computer and diferrent file, but still keep sayin that the file has a virus...

damn it...i almost deleted all my ebooks, bots, scripts that came from here(clear almost files on my laptop) and the only problem is on the cpanel >< damn it...when i do some research regarding in this issue i found out the solutions on cpanel forum...it says there that there is problem with the clam av but i don't know that...so maybe i'll contact hostwinds later...:)

So clam av is giving a false positive and blocking your files? Doesn't make sense if you tried with different files.

That is a firewall issue for sure. I have seen that and fixed that issue on my server. I used a custom firewall on my own server and one of the server had that false Virus alarm issue detected. I immediately replaced it with another firewall and things were fixed.

If you are planning to upload something then use FTP and upload your stuffs that should work fine.

Just to double check that your files certainly aren't affected with a virus, upload them on virustotal and see what kind of results are you getting.

Also, try contacting your hosting providers regarding that issue and if they aren't able to fix it for you then, move on to some other host.

So, what's the solution to the problem again? Might come in handy.
