cPanel Email Filter help

Hey everyone, I wonder if someone here can help?

I have an email filter rule set up in cPanel that detects keywords in the body of an email. When certain keywords are detected, I want it to forward the email to a colleague's email address.

I selected the Redirect Email action, but it does not work.
If I select Deliver to Folder, it does move the emails with the detected keywords, so I know the Rule part is working.

Does anyone know why it isn't redirecting the mail to another email account?

And if not, can anyone suggest a method that would achieve the same goal?

The way you did should work unless your domain DNS records are not properly configured. Alternative way is setting up email forwarder from domain registrar itself these days everyone has that feature.
