Hello!

I've got a problem with one of my domains. When I go to cpanel -> file manager -> public_html-> my-domain-name.com I don't see any files, only "Data error." message.

Maybe someone of you have experienced this problem before and know how to fix it? I was searching for a solution in google but none of them worked for me.

p.s if I change the folder name of the domain I can see all the files

Have you talked to your web host yet about this. They should be able to fix the issue for you.

Have you looked on another browser like firefox or IE?
you could contact your host and ask for them to make your cPanel Process Memory higher

This ^ If you're on shared hosting, it shouldn't be your problem. Let your host solve it.

Thanks everyone for your advices! I really appreciate it.

As
blogzandstuff mentioned I have checked if it will appear on firefox browser and I can see my files there! I haven't thought to check it that way. Thank you.

I have now found the solution. I have disabled "uBlock Origin" - an app similar to adblock and I can see the files now. So it means that I have accidently blocked some element on cpanel page.
