CPAleads NOT counting my impressions WT...?

So I just put CPAleads on my website and someone clicked on the link but CPAleads doesn't count that as an impression.
WT?

They shave 40-60% of clicks. That's based on a few million clicks I've sent them

CPALEAD is known to have many people already clicked on their networks.

They convert less compared to networks based on immense shaving.

If you're having problems try another network.

As someone that sends 4k-5k daily clicks and that has tested tons of networks, I have to say cpalead converts the best for me.

At 9.5% CR and $0.10 EPC, its the best network I have worked with.

These are the networks I've tested with awful results:
