The sites you mentioned say you need to have your site, what I want is to buy from here and bid elsewhere.

why would i post it if it didn't work? many affiliates do not have a website. it's common practice to say your website is google.com or youtube.com should you not have one.
will you get approved? usually. depends on factors. such as is the network accepting newbies. what country are you from. did you pass the interview process. usually they just want to know what kind of traffic you have anw how you're getting it. there are other well-made threads on the forum regarding getting past the interview process should you be having trouble there.

net-15 is standard. you can generally get net-7 after you've established yourself as a reliable affiliate. you likely can get faster payments after conferring with your manager.
nobody pays daily to new affiliates. the reason is very simple. lots of braindead affiliates would sign up, think they are smart, fill out their own offers all day, and expect to get paid. what will happen is your offers will get paused, manager will inspect your traffic, and the account is disabled for fraud.
