CPALead issue resolved: I feel like I am being SCAMMED!!!

    This is the 3rd time that I wrote to their support regarding payment.

    This is the last support email I sent them and I hope they respond well.

    Right now they are trying to build their image here in BHW but it seemed that they are not making a good job in making it into a realization.

    I am really frustrated..

    You might want to PM the person who started the CPALead thread here on BHW and ask for help or an explanation. Refer him to this thread.

    Are you serious? I got a payment from a very old referral account which I haven't been using much. And I didn't even request them, they just paid it once I hit the threshold. They are better than ever. Just talk to your AM about it or just post on the thread made by them.

    You think I am kidding? Why would I waste my time making this thread if I am not serious?

    Like I said, I already contacted their support. Waiting for them to fix this. I am so frustrated because one of my hosting disabled my account due to late payment and I was relying on CPALead to send the payment last Feb 28 so I can pay. Another lesson learned, don't rely your hosting bills on CPALead.

    And the more frustrating part was there are other publishers in the chatbox yesterday saying they got their instapay payment via paypal where infact my payment last Feb 28 did not came in to my paypal account.

    They won't scam you for 50$ nor 500$.I have used CPA Lead in the past and I must say that their support is the best out there.
    Contact Justin on Skype and I'm sure he will sort out these issues :)

    I know they pay. I feel like being scammed because they did not sent the payment as promised. It even does not matter if they may have tech issues or issues with paypal. The thing is I contacted support about this and it seems that nothing has been done to fix this. And it caused me much trouble.

    I am talked to Justing via skype. He told me payment will be sent within 20-30 mins. An hour has passed and NADA, zero, nothing, 0 came in to my account.

    Yes, since there is a thread promoting CPAlead, I guess you can start a SL thread as stated by hellway2. Cos, I have seen a SL thread about a PPD network, which I don't like to name.

    And don't rely on anyone in IM, and don't mess with your hosting - it's your business foundation. Always have money on side for that.

    Too early for that IMO.

    His first task is to get his money. After that he can take your advice. :)

    Great and sensible reply. I am currently talking to Justin my account manager there. Still waiting for payment. He said they have issues with Paypal.

    My only concern was that my payment was not sent to me last Feb 28 and how come others received them via Paypal even those who requested instapay.

    My 2 support request was also sort of taken for granted and 2 payment requests ignored.

    Still waiting for my money. I am tired and frustrated.

    Learning things the hard way. But I am still glad I did learned.

    I'm also still waiting for my payment, talk with justin via skype yesterday and said he would send the money as soon as possible and still nothing u.u but I already had a payment request via instanpay the 24 I believe, and arrived the 27.

    Thanks for responding. All I want is just to resolve this issue and make sure this does not happen again.

    I am just frustrated and tired of dealing with this.

    Note that I did talk to Justin. I asked him for your skype and I added you but you did not accept.

    Why do you think this is odd by the way? I don't have any intention of ruining your reputation as a company or you or any member of your company. Why would I? What good will it do to me? I just voiced out what I feel as I don't get the support I needed when I contacted the support twice. I did talk to Justin, he did promised me that I will receive my payment within 20-30 mins. I waited and then he told me that I will have to wait longer.

    I am your publisher and I earn from your network. All I want is to get the money I earned in the right time.

    I am tired of this thing. It already caused me hypertension and it is not good.

    Please just do whatever you can to resolve this and that this will not happen again because I will still continue to be with you as your have the highest paying FR in the market so far.
