CPALead any others with gateway?

So I applied to instantdollarz yesterday but not heard as of yet (up to a week for replies) however I have CPALead on site right now.
So do you think I wil lget accepted as I want to alternate from each network every other day to display on my site for different offers.
Also any having trouble with the CPALead gateway?
IT is supposed to appear according to the numbers you input in admin daily for instane but its been two days and the gateway has not reappeared on the laptop I am using

The gateway never blocked down from my friend who filled out a survey.
How did you get it to disappeer? I did one survey myself and got sent on one of those infinite loops, and alas, I switch back to the other tab and that damn popup is still there telling me to do surveys.

Well its all controlled via CPALead
We just set parameters on admin control when generating a gateway.
Anyway about InstantDollarz who promotes their gateway and are they good payouts and let people have other gateways on a website?
I still not heard with my application
