I respond to everyone within a 24 hour time frame. Usually within a few minutes as Daniel is active most of the day for our USA affiliates, and I'm active / online for the majority of the day to accommodate to our USA Affiliates as well as our international affiliates.

For the past week, he has been away on a personal matter, and hasn't been active for that week(last week April 1st - 7th) as well as the Easter Holiday, I was trying to get everything done before hand, and even on Holidays, I stay as active as I can. I also have all of the messengers, yim, aim, msn, skype, etc. right on my phone as well as email is forwarded to my phone, so it's possible to get a hold of me virtually 24/7 unless I'm either a) sleeping or b) with my girl. If I'm with her, I don't answer out of respect for her, but even if I'm sleeping, my phone dings and it usually wakes me up as I am a light sleeper and I answer.
We get a massive amount of applications for affiliates looking to join us daily, as well as offer applications. The applications take a little while to be reviewed as we keep a close eye on everything that goes on with our affiliates to ensure good quality leads for our advertisers for everything from email/zip submits to our dating pay per signup's. Which in turn allows us to get our payments on-time and results in us being able to pay all of our affiliates on time, every time, as long as the affiliate(s) at hand are providing good quality leads. If at any time you want a quality check, feel free to ask and we will have one for your within 24 hours(usually within 6 hours, or a few minutes).
Regarding your offer application(s), if you contact me directly, I will review your application and we will discuss it about the do's and don'ts for the offer at hand as they vary per offer.
