I recommend to not use that network. A little bit scandalous offers and conversion seems to be at the absolute bottom.
I thought of Adblumedia but still you need to split it with Ogads. And that's not everything. You should also use another ads vendor like adsense.
Adsense has easy approval from what I experienced. Although it may vary now.
Monetization via content locking only is kind of wasteful if you have scarce traffic.
