I haven't spoken to aff managers there, so I can't tell how the situation is.

They won't give you all the offers right off the bat perhaps.

Sometimes you need to chit chat with them.

But I found they suck for mixed geos like nobody else.

Adbluemedia mixed with ogads is sweet-spot, although I didn't have time to research more.

Selling data to many networks could get you banned from all networks combined though if you went really hard. But I think 3 - 4 conversions per user wouldn't be a problem. So let's say, you'd have 1000 people sign up to 4 offers each at $2, you have 1000 x 4 x $2 which is $8k / day.

Yes, CPAGrip definitely has some super easy offers for USA, so it's worth to take that into account if you plan to push real hard with push ads / social media marketing gimmicks.

I knew a person who farmed CPAGrip accs to yield revenue from easy SEO keywords obtaining $30k monthly without effort. They had some random SAPE links and didn't have some big idea in general. Just one niche boosted to the top. Nothing major.

I still don't get what that SAPE links are, but... SEO is just signals, more signals and planning. It doesn't have any fixed rules beyond maybe having top content and good UX, but that'd be simply common sense. All you need to do is rank under 1000s of keywords.

I believe people pay too much attention to categorization of links and signals in SEO. Probably a typical industry fallacy. It's a young and immature industry, so nothing to expect from that.

Yes cpagrip is legit and has been there for so long with people earning there daily and posting on their chatroom which is available on your account dashboard. But you can't take part in the chatroom until you earn your first $50.
