I'm sure I seen their admins saying they are being DDoSed a lot recently.

If it's ddos attack than it might take time for them to come online back.

only down in india doesnt sound right. You guys sure it wasnt just something blocking indian connections or grip being down entirely? might just be an issue with indian connections

If this happens periodically just imagine yourself with a new network during down times...

You'd make up for losses, once you have volume it'll prevent xxx-x,xxx for ten million hits of this happens 7-20 days a year.

(Sometimes there's DDOS attacks and that number is realistic.)
