Hello guys, i want to try cpa offers with cold email marketing. I want to send the first mail without link to warum up and if the person are interested i want to send a free ebook with content locker. What you think about my strategy ? I am open for suggest, advice and tips :)

Same thing with me I tried it once made $7 but my list was small and I was using convertkit free trial but I needed to send larger volume of emails so I decided to learn how to build Email Marketing system
Smtp server and email marketing software like Mailwizz
No money had to keep looking for free tutorials most was out dated, it took me months but here I am
Almost all set up am currently warming up my server with mailwizz warm up plan
Have learnt alot about mailwizz
I will be building more servers too
Am currently offering my skills on upwork and fiverr as a freelancer to see if I could raise money to study more and practice more.

There are a few hurdles you need to scale.

First off, how did you source your emails? Did you scrape them, buy them, or what?

How many of them are viable?

If you simply send emails to the list you have without first doing some sort of cleaning or verification, there could be blacklisting problems. Then again, does your email allow you to upload email lists?

You also have to worry about your emails being marked as spam. For this type of thing, you will get that a lot.

What I suggest you do is get a service like GMASS. You can get the paid version which will allow you to send more than 50 emails per day.

Then you can do one of 2 things. Blast your CPA mails directly OR take the better option.

Create a landing page of some sort with some really juicy lead magnet. Then have them register with their emails to get the lead magnet. That way you can funnel CLEAN LEADS back to your autoresponder or whatever email service you choose.

Right. The question is: How do you drive traffic to the landing page in that scenario?
 
Cold email marketing is against the T&C of (nowadays) all affiliate marketing networks. Even if you slip through with some leads through cold email marketing, ultimately any affiliate marketing network (nowadays) would easily find out that you are doing cold email marketing (unsolicited emails) and terminate your earning and even suspended your affiliate marketing account(s) with them. It is not like how it was before. Nowadays, their "detection" system(s) are sophisticated enough to detect things like cold email marketing. Do it only if you have enough of time to waste.

Hmmm, but without a link how are you going to monitor if they´ve expressed an interest? unless you have software like mailwizz that can segregate the list of people that have opened the email.

Better get working on your subject lines

This is false. First of all, if you have an email address you are representing and soliciting a desire to receive email ELSE you would not have one. The whole "unsolicited email" thing is a farce and I'm quite tired of seeing people blindly follow along with this nonsensical censorship. It is not "illegal" to send bulk email...even the so-called 'can spam' act is a joke - mere suggestions. You have no obligation to abide by it, nor do you have to play along with the junk that the EU craps out.

Secondly, there are plenty of places which will accept email traffic - the real challenge is finding a place that isn't going to shave leads and pay you crap while they reap the benefits. I would say that this is more of a challenge than actually sending email in bulk.

Maybe you're going just a bit over the top, but you're not wrong either.
By actually reading it, the CAN-SPAM act doesn't even prevent you from spamming legally as much as you want, it seems.
It just wants you to be a little "honest" with what you're doing.

Now, the real problem might be with your emails not reaching many people, because they will be recognized as spam, and people don't even look at those (hence the incentive of being dishonest, which is against these laws).

CAN SPAM is not enforceable, even the claims that you have to include an unsub link and mailing address - you are free to send emails as you please - with or without these elements. In fact, adding "unsub info" will generally increase your spam score. Give the fuckers an inch and they keep asking for more...

As for putting materially false or misleading info in an email, that is called fraud and that has always been a crime and it isn't limited to email. Of course, fraud requires that intent can be proven...this is highly debatable when your are designing ads intended to get a response.

Is McDonald's committing fraud when they show pictures of delicious burgers with fresh meat and veggies, yet when you buy one it's usually tiny and smashed with sad-looking veggies, looking like it was squeezed between some fat guy's buttcheeks? I'd say no, even though the case could be made that the products they serve should match the photos they use to promote them.

If I'm not mistaken, it is, but only if you are in the jurisdiction. That's the problem nowadays with all these rules countries intend to have applied on people they have no jurisdiction over. I guess they can still try to block/ban your emails and email sending capabilities on the grounds of these rules...

Just because your car can go at certain speeds doesn't mean you're "free" to do it. Or you are, but laws will be used by law enforcement and courts to punish you if/when they catch you.

CAN SPAM is for the UNITED STATES which is subject to the limitations established by the law of the land. Not a single person ever, anywhere was ever successfully prosecuted for an alleged "can spam" violation because the US GOVERNMENT has no authority to dictate what a man or woman can or cannot say (regardless of the form). The "anti spam" industry is largely a product of the same corporations selling you PPC/CPM ads on their internet ghettos. Email marketing is super-effective when there is no interference with delivery and the costs are minimal. That's why they don't want it to be a thing like it used to be.

Try Mumara aswell it has much more options.

Mailwizz is good so far the tracking is working based on am seeing unsubscribers , open rate click not much I also put my own emails to monitor Email delivery, I have three Email Smtp servers, two from Cyber panel and one with postal smtp software.i think my main problem now is get good Emails , method and writing good email copy
