Hi buddy, you can use the CPABUILD locker creator -> Create new -> Content locker name -> Design options -> Premade designs -> Google ReCaptcha.

Content Lockers>Build Modify Locker>Visual Editor by Prime

In there you'll find premade designs which you can make edits to and then generate a code for the locker
