Cpa?

I don't even know if Im posting this in the right area. That's how lost I am. I am new to all this marketing and CPA or whatever it is. If someone could explain this to me in a way that a beginner would understand. I also really just want to get some info on those email submit ones. You know like those Walmart giftcards, free ps3's etc. I'm wondering what kind of sites have these without having phone call verification or asking for my SSN. How it works, the payment etc.

CPA stands for Cost per action. You are paid when someone performs an action whether it be filling in a survey, signing up for a free trial, or buying a product. I'm not sure about the phone call and SSN part but networks that I'm pretty sure that have email submits are Max Bounty, Adscends Media, Amped Media, Affiliate.com, Affiliateer, Adcommunal, Adcanadian, and that is all that I can think of right now.

Just to remind you if you don't know yet, CPA Companies require phone calls to accept their new member. So be prepared and read some guide from other BWH member here (our friends provide good tips to get accepted by cpa network) .
