CPA+ YOUTUBE need help

So, I need to find niche and download videos from youtube or make my own and then upload?
Or I can just downlaod most viewed videos and in description add like CPA offer?
Or any other idea that could help me to start this?

before you upload any video to YouTube make sure you do some research what most popular video. The free tool you can use is YouTube Keyword Suggestion Tools. You can Google it. There you can find what keyword are mostly popular in YouTube
