CPA, youtube and proxies question

Noob question, apologize in advance.

I want to massively start using YT to promote CPA offers.

This requires uploading many videos on multiple accounts, but it's known that creating too many accounts from same IP would lead to a sure crash against the YT ban wall

I am then about to purchase a proxy service.

Question is: what is the best way to to this?
How many proxies should I aim for?
How many accounts should I create using same IP?
Can you recommend a good proxy service with a decent price/quality ratio?

1st = How many videos you want to upload ?
1 IP = 5 - 10 videos.
1 IP = 3 Accounts.

The more the better.

Can same IP upload same video 10 times with different MD5 or must they be completely different videos?

I saw a guy here that was renting private proxies for only 1$/month or something like that.Try him out

if i'm setting up accounts using proxies on my home pc, i don't want them to be traced back to my personal legit YT/goog account.

should browser history, cache, cookies, etc. be cleared before:
switching ip's and setting up each account?
logging into/managing each account, every time, after they've been set up?

i've read that just cleaning cookies isn't enough, something about flash cookies? i can't find where i came across that info. what is the best way to do this to ensure everything is completely clean?

(OP, i don't mean to hijack the thread, i'm looking for the same info and just feel that this ties in with your questions and should be noted before people start cranking out a bunch of accounts)
