Dude, how do you expect to get paid if you dont provide a SSN, if you dont provide your SSN you have to provide your TAX ID number on ya w9 form there is no getting around it.

Most reputable companies are going to require sending you at least 1 physical check before they put you on any sort of automatic payment.
Besides, you don't have to be 18 to give out your SSN anyways. There is no way they can tell you are under 18 from it anyways.

This would work only if they don't do Name/SSN lookup, which would cost them roughly $0.50-$2/lookup depending on the service and volume discount. So be prepared if they do use that.
