I see most of the CPA dont use Warez site.
Is there any CPA network allows Warez site???
or it is impossible to use CPA?

There are no networks who will openly allow warez sites? Why would they want to associate themselves with stolen software and/or the viruses and trojans that come with fake warez files?

It sounds like you want PPI. I can't think of / don't think any "CPA" network does that.

I am actually looking for something pay per lead..
There are many sites where they pay for each sale.

I am promoting etoro forex game on warez site and i get 2$ for each free lead. It is converting quite well. It took me around an hour (since i started this method) and right now i've earned 700$.

If you can think of any other cpa affiliate that pays you for a game download (and email submit) then you can make a lot of money with warez sites. Unfortunately etoro closed their 2$/free lead program for new users, so you have to look for other similar affiliates. Please let me know if you will find anything.

Btw. the game i promote is the second link in my sig. Just if you want to look for what i get money.

there are plenty of similar offers in clickbooth or neverblueads. You can use for example free 7500 cursors and post it in "other" section on warez sites. This should give you a lot of money since clickbooth offers 1.85$ dollars for free lead.

you will have problems with promoting usenext on forums, because your links will be quickly deleted. Better join some cpa network and find good free applications to promote.
