CPA with hard incentive

Hi,

Anyone knows one CPA network that pays per survey or register on sites?
And that allows incentives?

Found a way to buy site registries and trying to see if I can use it to get some $ in cpa's.

You'll find offers that are OK with hard incent through most incent networks (adscend, adwork and the likes) and many non-incent networks as well (speak to the AMs of the networks you're already with).

With that said, hard incent doesn't mean that they allow fraud, and "guaranteed signups" are usually just that. I'm yet to see a guaranteed signup service that actually works and doesn't get your offers/account banned in a heartbeat. The reason for this is that even those that send real human traffic (as opposed to bot traffic) to the offers, and keep the limit at one conversion per person, will fail to deliver as the same person's signup will be sold to more than one customer, which means that the IPs of the "workers" quickly end up in black lists of networks and advertisers.
