CPA - "website url" field

You can just put the adwords URL and in the description you specify that. But most of them ask that you have at least one site.
Not that i have done it, but you could always just find a cpa website that looks nice and fill that in. Yes they will ask you about it, but they won't dwell on it.
If they have some questions you can't answer, just tell them that honest you just manage your "people" and they are neck deep in the details - but you can get back to them with the info they want - or make something up.
Just be cool and you will get accepted no problem.

lumien, it's a nice idea about "my people", but i don't know how to search for cpa sites 'cause i've never worked with CPAs...

Affiliate companies ask those same types of questions as that other thread was talking about.
As for finding a "cpa" website, just google "lose weight", "diet pills" or something like that and then look through a few of the sites that google returns ( I would pick some that are not on the first or second page) and find one that is blogish and has some ads on it.
Believe me, it will work.
If they give you crap about the site not matching their offers or something, just tell them its one of many of your sites that your employees manage.
