CPA Website Question

Are there any CPA Networks that allow people under 18 (I just turned 17) to apply to them? I read some forums where 15 year old kids use CPA. I tried to register to peerfly & Birth:1995 & Below are the only ones you could choose(im 1996). I would hate to get a check that can't be cashed in lol.
