What are your views on this? Which will pay more? Should I find an extremely good cpa offer or rely on adsense clicks?
Also, which CPA networks would you recommend?

adsense will be a long process, you will need build a good website with decent SEO to generate good traffic which is not an easy task for new websites specially for those who are looking for fast income. i would recommend CPA, maxbounty, peerfly and others.

Look that totally depends upon your Interest. Wok out with both and which looks more interesting to you, Adopt it.
Personally, don't see if this field is giving more money then I should choose that only!

I'm thing ng of leaving adsense, I will switch to cpa and my revenue will also come from medianet anf info links

It depends, if it's a good niche with organic traffic I'd suggest affiliate. Do some research about CPA for your specific niche, you also need to do some tests until you hit the jackpot

CPA would be easier to make money with, adsense take a little longer to start seeing earnings
