CPA Video locker

Im looking for a certain video locking software or cpa network that supports it out of the box.
Im planning on puttint a tube video or host video at my own server and let the user play lets say 5 seconds of video.
After that he will be getting classic cpa popup.

I know its dumb question, but i could find anythink that made any sense on g00gl.
