CPA using Facebook?

I can see the potential in using Facebook for CPA offers, but I have always wondered how people do it without well looking spamy? Do you utilize fan pages, or do you just add as many friends as possible and then put out messages every now and then? Can anyone give me a general low down on how this works? Thanks.

Well I generally like to use Facebooks PPC (Pay Per Click) and they key to make it look less, "spammy", is you have to try to create something that interests your target audience so that they click the ad, and comple your offer. Hope that helped =) !

This is a pretty good advice,also another thing to do is using quantcast in your offer link to have a better idea of what people to target.
