Hi BWers, your candid advice is utmost needed, been doing cpa for a while now. I do cpa + twitter. I post tweets and add relevant hashtags and a url locker link relevant to the tweet as well. I get clicks and views on the tweets but no single conversion. I don't know what I'm doing wrong:(
 
Advertise on BHW
You don't get conversation because your niche isn't exclusive. The people who are visiting your link are able to find that content elsewhere easily.

Whatever you are promoting should be very attractive, exclusive and should be highly needed. Also, make sure you explain why you have locker on your page and how to complete a survey. That will increase conversion rate.
 
maybe tou are targeting the wrong audience, or have no enough traffic how many visitors are you getting?
 
I recommend you to use instagram and pinterest for better results. I think twitter is dying for CPA
