Hi i searching where I can get a traffic for my CPA Offer, I know I can use a PPC, PPV, Facebook and similar sites to facebook like pinterest etc. but I do not know which will be best. Also I have question how to get traffic from facebook? Just spam people walls?

You have to be careful where and how you get your traffic as some CPA offers will not allow social traffic (especially if you are spamming) and could lead to your account getting banned.
Youtube can be a good source of traffic and is usually quite safe. Try making some videos around your CPA offer and then put a link in the description and in the video itself. Once you have 1 video making you some money its just a case of scaling it up to make more.

Yes i trying youtube 6 months before and I got nice results but now youtube blocking/disabling new accounts which I made. Maybe someone know how to make youtube account which will not get blocked in 24h? I will be appreciate.

You use dufferent ips to make the YouTube accounts with.
Erase cookies and change your ip, but if you have 10$ you can buy 100 good looking youtube accounts.

I only have one youtube account with 15 videos. Lot of videos are old but some are new also. May be you can say that I am lucky but my videos don't get deleted.
