CPA traffic from facebook

Is it ok to promote cpa offers by posting the link to the offfer on your statuses and using the i.m on fb to send people offers?? can i or should i blank the refferer and which method should i use to blank or hide the referrer in this case and do i need hosting to do that because i jus have domain names purchasd from godaddy as i jus redirect to the offer. thanks
