CPA to use as PPD with weekly pay

Wonder if can you guys recommend any good CPA network that pay weekly from day 1? I'm also looking for content lockers imitating download sites, so i can push this incentive traffic above and beyond.
I've tried a couple of weekly PPD's before but they all went zombie mode, not even a single response.

I would also appreciate if you could share the average earnings from one download Dont know what to expect from what traffic. Mainly targetting usa.

I assume you are looking for content locking network? You can give a shot to CPALead, CPAGrip or OGads

There are no network willing to pay net7 from day 1 to my knowledge. They will need to verify your leads + traffic before switching to net7. The process take at least a month or more.

I've gotten OGads to set me up on net7 on day one, then again I did earn $500 that same day.

It's all in how much you can push ($$ wise) and that the leads don't appear to be fraudulent.
