CPA to facebook pages

Hello guys. Two years ago, when I was playing around with CPA I knew that Facebook was banning Dating Offers. So at that time, I went with game offers with no hassle (using just CPVLab).

What is the whole picture right now:

1) Facebook accepts some CPA offers or none at all (need clocker for any CPA offer)?

2) If I have my own FB page\group, am I allowed to post safety a direct link to a CPA offer in them?

Facebook accepts CPA offers but post a direct link always lead to your accounts banned.
So don't try to post direct link, use LPs&cloaking.
