I want to promote CPA offers through social media (reddiit, facebook, instagram, tiktok, etc etc)

Do we need something like proxies, specific browser, etc to do it? Or we could just create accounts>login>promote>got banned>repeat?

Would they detect us or is it just doesnt matter?

Yes generally proxies are needed if you're wanting more than 2-3 accounts. Rotating residential proxies are used to create hundreds of accounts but to manage accounts usually Static ISP proxies are recommended as well as an anti detect browser profile for each account

Doesn't matter, if you promote cpa offers, social media accounts will get banned anyway. Proxy and antybraswrs may keep the accounts a bit longer but it will not worth it as accounts will get banned and proxies cost money
