Hello, I would like to know if there are any CPA networks that pay per click without prior approval.

Most CPA networks pay per action, not per click.
 
What is the issue with approval ? They do this to filter good affiliates.
 
Are you looking for CPC platforms or CPA? If it’s CPC, you might try something like Linkvertise

Some time ago CrakRevenue had some CPC offer, but of course you had to be approved and it was open only for US traffic.
I can't see that offer anymore so I guess it didn't work well for them

Only direct advertisers, that too when you first prove your traffic conversions. No regular network is going to pay per click, if they want to pay per click, they will go with google, meta etc.
 
It is 2025 and most of them would go bankrupt if they were working on a pay per click basis.
 
Ok, thank you all very much for your responses. Based on your answers, I decided to stick with the traditional CPA model, continue with affiliate marketing and PLR products.
