CPA Tank questions

I really wanted to join cpa tank but I didn't. There's no way I'm submitting sensitive information over an unencrypted page. Other than that, I heard good things about them. They are always on time, every time. Just pick up the phone and say hello. Being straight up is always a good idea.

I plan on talking with vito but have a few questions untill I do
1) From the positive things i hear i assume they do payout on time and dont shit around. Please Confirm this
2) Do they have decent amount of international offers?
3) Do they accept black hat traffic? (nothing too heavy lol)
4) Is the payout good?

1) Always Pay on time.
2) Over 600 international offers US CA AU UK IE NZ and Brazil, portugal, spain, singapore and more.
3) They take traffic as long as it backs out for advertiser
4) Payouts are very high check out OfferVault and oDigger to compare they are one of the highest.

5) general approvals will resume 1/15/2012

I heared about TubeAutomator, hope it helps you. As I know it costs only 1$ for trial.
