CPA Sweepstakes Method

So I found this free method on CPALead, you are using a sweepstakes as the motivation for them to want to fill out the survey or form or whatever. I feel better about doing it like this because you're not using fake stuff to try and make people do whatever action.
I will post the complete method in a bit, but I just wanted to maybe start a thread here so we could nail the method down A-Z because this free guide is written in quite a vague way and I'm not sure if English is his native language.
But anyway, here the gude and I hope we can start a discussion to see how this can be done successfully:

Tthe figures that were spoken about in the paste were quick exagerated however, but either this is definitely a good method, especially if you can afford advertising.

Not too sure how you're able to read the method as OP's link is down
 
I'd like to see this kind of method written in native English, I hate trying to follow stuff written in bad English.
 
OP, why did you remove the content in the pastebin?
 
Sweeps can work with content locking, but there are quite a few regulations regarding what is & isn't legit to be aware of.

I wanted to comment here but the content shows as missing in pastebin. @OP, if you could re-post, that would help.

For sweepstakes in general, its a good idea and a lot of people are having great results. Its like the OP said, you can legitimately provide a strong incentive to your users.
If you set it up right, you'll generate revenue before paying out or purchasing something for the sweepstakes winner so cashflow shouldn't be an issue either.

It also pairs well with a lot of the offers in the market these days too since they are also sweepstakes so the user experience is familiar for someone who completes an offer.

Thanks for the reply, I didn't know you could set it up before first buying something. Id like to see a guide for it written by a native speaker.

Unfortunately I didn't save the guide.
